Eating healthy while traveling. Good, freaking, luck.
Last week I was traveling.
One of the toughest things for me when I’m traveling is trying to eat half way decent… especially in the morning.
I came across the Starbucks Turkey Bacon and Egg White Breakfast sandwich though and it’s been my go to ever since.
It’s soo good, filling, and under 300 calories.
Win. Win. Win.
It’s so simple though, I decided to try and recreate it at home.
I made 4 of these to have for the entire week in literally 15 minutes.
- 1 Thomas’ English muffins: Multi- grain Light English Muffins
- 1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
- 2 Slices Turkey Bacon – Oscar Meyer
- 1 Slice Velveeta Cheese
Cook the eggs. Cook the turkey bacon. Toast the muffin. Layer them together in a sandwich.
