Someone people want to lose 100lbs, some only want to lose 10, others want to tone or build muscle. All of those goals take different amounts of time.
The good news is, whatever your fitness goals are, this program will help you reach them.
Doing the same thing over and over again gets extremely boring.
That’s why I not only give you example workouts, I give you my comprehensive list of exercise movements and cardio ideas and then teach YOU how to build an effective workout plan so you can change it as often as you’d like.

Shock and awe, I know. So many programs preach that their way is the only way – “Do THIS workout if you want to lose weight!” You miserably do it for a week or so and then give up, because well, you’re miserable.
I have a secret. The only workout that works, is the one you do. What’s going to make you DO it? If you ENJOY what you’re doing!

Motivation is absolutely essential to success. You can have the greatest workout plan in the world and it’s meaningless if you don’t do it.
That’s why I included an entire section on motivation in these programs before we even dig into the nutrition and workouts, because I want you to get your mind right first!
