The #1 Weight Loss Lie on the Internet
Have you ever read an article on the internet that said something like…
“Lose 10 Pounds in Just 1 Week!”
I see them all the time. They drive me nuts, because they’re lying at worst and being extremely misleading at best.
Here’s the truth…
The internet is saturated with fitness and diet fads.
It’s hard to get peoples attention.
Those headlines simply want your attention, regardless of whether they’re true or not.
That’s why I appreciate you for reading this so much, I know you have a lot of options.
You’ve taken the time to be here, and in return, I owe it to you to give you the truth on fitness and weight loss, even when it isn’t trendy, or click-bait worthy.
Because I’m only interested in results, not fads.
Everyone wants to lose weight fast, I get it.
But those articles are either lying or they’re just going to get you to lose a bunch of water weight that you’ll almost instantly put right back on. Weight loss does not always equal FAT loss.
Most experts agree that for healthy, sustainable, weight loss, you should lose 1-2lbs a week max. If you have a significant amount of weight to lose, you may lose more in the beginning.
I think my last fitness and diet program might have been a bit overwhelming to some of you.
I have a hard time holding back information and wanted to give you all of the facts at once, so it ended up being a 40 page dump of basically everything I know.
That’s a lot to take in. SO……
My solution is a simplified, beginners, 1 Week to Weight Loss Guide. This is a much more condensed, just the essentials version to beginning a weight loss journey – yet still everything you need to know to get started and get results in your first week.
If you’re interested in losing FAT (not just weight) that you can keep off, I’d love for you to check it out!
